We are proud to present the second generation of the popular ILEX fieldwork trousers: the ILEX Pro. After nearly a year of development, a fabric was found that matches the rugged durability of the predecessor’s Panama weave—while offering a lighter weight for use in warmer climates.
The solution: Cordura® NYCO fabric, still relatively unknown in Europe but widely used in tactical and workwear applications. It is up to three times more durable than conventional cotton fabrics.
At a weight of 270 g/m², the fabric consists of 75% high-quality cotton and 25% Cordura® nylon (T420 military standard). The result is exceptional strength, high abrasion resistance, and outstanding comfort against the skin. An improved DWR finish allows water to bead off without compromising breathability.
