Important Information
Please read the following details carefully regarding marking requirements, delivery times, and returns of used firearms.
Marking Requirements
As a licensed importer, USGUNPORT is required by the ATF to engrave all firearms imported into the United States.
These marks of identification must appear on each firearm within 15 days after release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Required markings include:
- Serial Number — Must be engraved, cast, or stamped on the frame or receiver.
- Must be unique for each firearm.
- Minimum depth: .003 inch; minimum print size: 1/16 inch.
- Manufacturer’s Name — Must be visible on the frame, receiver, barrel, or slide.
- Country of Origin — Must be engraved as above.
- Model Designation (if assigned) — Must be engraved as above.
- Caliber or Gauge — Must be engraved as above.
- Importer’s Name (USGUNPORT) — Must be engraved on the firearm.

Delivery Times
The following firearm categories are located in Germany at the time of purchase and are imported only after your order:
- Combination Guns
- Shotguns
- Rifles
- Hunting Equipment
Estimated delivery time:
Up to 6 months, depending on export licensing and U.S. import clearance.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer.
Please note that cancellations due to extended delivery times cannot be accepted.
Firearms listed as “Immediately Available” are already stored in our Texas or Alabama warehouse and can usually be shipped within 14 days.
Used Firearms
All used firearms offered by USGUNPORT may show signs of use.
Descriptions such as “very good condition” or “like new” are subjective assessments by the seller and may not fully align with the buyer’s expectations.
Even if minor wear or scratches are not visible in photos, it should be assumed that used firearms may show normal usage marks.
Inspection in Germany
All firearms are carefully inspected in Germany prior to export.
However, certain defects — particularly in locks or internal parts — may remain undetected despite thorough testing.
Please note:
No right of return can be derived from unknown defects.
Returns of used firearms are explicitly excluded, unless a proven error on our part has occurred — for example, an incorrect item or a misrepresentation in the listing.
New firearms are not affected by this policy and are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
