Dr. Sophia-Antonia Heller
As a Doctor of Law, Sophia holds a key position within Greener GmbH, overseeing all matters related to export regulations and compliance. She serves as the primary liaison between the company and governmental authorities responsible for export and import control. Her responsibilities also include customs law, regulatory compliance, and logistics management.
With her extensive legal expertise and precise understanding of international trade regulations, Sophia ensures that every export process runs smoothly and in full compliance with all applicable laws. Tobias Nisse
Founder of Greener GmbH, Tobi brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and deep industry knowledge to the company. A former paratrooper with service experience in Kosovo and Afghanistan, he transitioned into the firearms trade after completing his master gunsmith training in Suhl, Germany’s traditional center of gunmaking.
As the primary contact for all firearm-related matters on the German side, Tobi ensures that every weapon destined for export is meticulously inspected and verified. His technical precision and practical experience guarantee that only firearms of the highest quality and safety standards leave the company. With Tobi, partners and customers alike benefit from a trusted expert who combines craftsmanship, reliability, and passion for the trade.
T & G German Gun Imports
Tobi and George love traditional European hunting weapons.
George is a native of Mobile, Alabama and avid outdoorsman who fell in love with German hunting traditions while serving in Heidelberg, Germany as a US Army Physician during the early 1980’s.
In 2017 their unlikely connection was made and the seeds of their future partnership were planted. Restrictive gun laws in Germany and a lack of demand had sent Tobi looking for a partner willing to import these weapons into the United States, where demand is high. George had inherited his great, great grandfathers drilling and could not find an American gunsmith able to repair and restore it. Tobi placed a Zeiss scope with a detachable pivot mount and a 30/30 Winchester insert in his right shotgun barrel, completely refurbishing and restoring George’s 1902 Hollenbeck drilling.
They founded T & G German Gun Imports in 2018.

Dr. George B. Inge is the manager of T&G German Gun Imports, based in Mobile, Alabama. A lifelong outdoorsman and passionate collector, George specializes in classic combination guns — particularly drillings — and has dedicated himself to preserving and promoting the tradition of fine European hunting firearms in the United States.
As the authorized general importer for all new Merkel firearms, George is the primary contact for American customers seeking everything from elegant safari double rifles to the modern Merkel K5 single-shot rifles. His deep technical knowledge and appreciation for craftsmanship ensure that every firearm imported by T&G meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
With his professional background as a medical doctor and his longstanding passion for hunting and fine guns, Dr. Inge combines precision, integrity, and personal service, making him a trusted partner for sportsmen and collectors across the United States.

Richard N. Carter, founder and managing director of Carter & Sons LLC, is a former U.S. Air Force Officer and veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns.
