This elegant Manufrance side-lock firearm was originally built as a shotgun and was professionally and extensively converted by Wffen Moeller in the early 2000s into a double rifle. The conversion included a newly manufactured double-rifle barrel set, expertly fitted to the classic French action. The result is a refined blend of traditional French craftsmanship and practical modern hunting capability.
The rifle is already equipped with a swing mount (pivot mount) for optics. In addition, the barrels are adjustable, allowing regulation to be fine-tuned for the chosen ammunition — a highly desirable and uncommon feature in a classic double rifle.
The side-lock action operates smoothly, the barrels are in good condition, and the overall presentation reflects a characterful, elegant double rifle with real hunting pedigree.
